The Hoax Killed Him: Herman Cain, former 2012 presidential candidate and co-chair of Black Voices for Trump, who posted COVID denying, anti-mask propaganda to his social media accounts, is dead from the virus.
Herman Cain, the Republican pizza chain CEO who ran for president in 2012, has died after contracting Covid-19.
Mr Cain, 74, was hospitalised after being diagnosed with the disease earlier this month.
Former Republican presidential candidate and pizza magnate Herman Cain has died from the coronavirus.
Cain, 74, had been hospitalized since early July after he began having trouble breathing.
Cain tested positive for COVID-19 on June 29, and “had developed symptoms serious enough” that he was hospitalized in the Atlanta area on July 1.
Before being hospitalized Cain tweeted a statement celebrating the fact that “masks will not be mandatory” at an upcoming rally to be attended by Trump:
Masks will not be mandatory for the event, which will be attended by President Trump. PEOPLE ARE FED UP!
